Reinforcement Learning enables you to learn in an interactive, ‘hands-on’ environment and is vital in an RTO Compliance-related role. As part of your reinforcement learning journey, you will spend time applying you’re newly learned knowledge and skills within the workplace; the time spent on other learning and assessment activities will vary from person to person but would generally be between 4 and 6 hours per week.
